The challenge facing Prudential Real Estate was that the firm had 24 offices in various locations from Park City to Tooele and St. George to Ogden Valley. Home prices ranged from 25 million to 75k, with vastly different neighborhoods and buyers. BWP unified together these disparate markets and maintained the Prudential brand integrity without losing the local characteristics of each.
